The staff here was attentive and happy to assist with any requests, and the restaurant had a cozy atmosphere with delicious dishes to try.

Remote location right by goving activities as well as the Jamaican restaurant, it was in a beach area.

The place was fairly clean with a highly courteous and reasonably good staff at your request. The breakfast had a wide range of options: scrambled eggs, hot waffles, and pancakes. The location was incredible - just off a hike. It also was in school. We found out great prices in the hotel.

The rooms are spacious and newly furnished with fantastic bathroom amenities, such as a tub; breakfast includes delicious scrambled eggs, hot waffles, and pancakes.

Every time in Montego Bay we stay in this hotel. Original place, it has well-mannered staff at your request.

The food had a local flair, and the bar was fantastic, plus our rooms were spacious and cleaned daily.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay the best!

The prices are astronomical! One 6 ounce soft drink is $4.00 and no refills. Additionally, when you order a Pina Coloda, you pay $7.00, but the bartenders always add a shot of dark rum on top of the drink, and charge you an additional $2.00 for the shot. They don't ask you if you want the shot, they just add it and charge you for it.

The very attentive staff, Katerine at the pool service is excellent. The spa is a wonder.

The hotel carpets smelled a little strange.

The breakfast here offers a wide variety including scrambled eggs, hot waffles, and pancakes; the location is great, close to a bus station if needed.

Guest service workers were very polite. Not many hotels train their workers to be so pleasant.

Although, I was there for vacation, I got the feeling the hotel was more for business and conference guest. Didn't entirely have the feeling of family. Also, I didn't know what amenities or events were occurring for the night.

This place was a great spot to celebrate our anniversary, we had a fantastic time, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast served on the deck was top-notch.

Outstanding I would recommend anyone the staff were very friendly, the enviorment great there's no words left to describe I have no regrets whatsoever.
